How can I track my order’s status?

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. In your confirmation email you can find a link to your order status page where you can find all relevant information regarding your order along with a tracking number. 
  • You can track your order on the Track Order Page or through your local post website.

How long is the delivery time?

All items on our website are READY TO SHIP (RTS)

  • All items listed as Ready to Ship (RTS) will be shipped same or next day and arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS.
  • Priority Mail 2-day shipping is also available.
  • All orders ship USPS with tracking.
  • Please note: Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@lilbambini.com. If you haven’t received your order within 60 days you are welcome to contact our customer support for a full refund (This policy excludes customer input errors).
 How do I care for my item? 
  • Most of our clothing is machine washable, wash on a gentle cycle in cold water, and hang dry. DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER!
  • We find that they wash best when turned inside out during wash cycle.
  • Some items such as lace, rhinestones, tassels, etc. should be hand washed and laid flat to dry.
  • Faux fur and Faux leather items are dry clean only. 
  • Do not wash shoes or hair accessories. 
 Where are you based & Where do you ship from?
  • We are a USA based company operating out of Itasca, Illinois. We partner with vendors and manufacturers to bring you fashionable clothing at affordable prices. All of our items are shipped directly from our Itasca, IL USA office.

What is our return/refund policy?

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
